I have nearllllyyyy finished my presentation and have FINALLY chosen my song for my music video. I have chosen CSS's 'This month, Day 10' song. I have chosen this as not many people have heard of the song and it has no video so I can make the video with a clear head of what I want. I have analysed the lyrics and through the lrics come up with a narrative for my video. However, the music did play a vital role in the visuals as it gave me the mood and emotions to be used in the narrative. I am very excited and I'm not researched interesting effects to be used in my video. One effect I do want to use is as follows:
My actress taking 5 minutes to tear up a picture whilst people act in normal time around her. Therefore, when the footage is loaded and edited to a higher time speed, people will be zooming round her whilst she is still in normal/slow motion!
We tried this effect out in Dan's class yesterday afternoon and next week I'm going to upload it to see if it worked.
